Treatments for Phasmophobia

Phasmophobia itself is quite rare and so as its treatments or possible cures as well. Normally, treatments for Phasmophobia are: Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

In Hypnotherapy, your subconscious programs that may be part of your fear are actually “re-program”. Such subconscious programs when corrected will actually give you some sense of ease and comfort as the symptoms you oftentimes experience will be minimized.

However, there are some people who are not in favor of this, the Hypnotherapy, as they don’t want someone else to play with their inner self.

In Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP on the other hand, your subconscious programs do not matter at all, instead, it’s your processes relating to reality that is given much attention. Basically, NLP will deal with how you create your reality.

Eventually, NLP will teach you how to properly construct your thoughts about realities of life so that Phasmophobia can be later on minimized and even better – be eliminated.
