		<description>l-theanine works for me (not enough, but it definitely makes a difference, and it could just be if my case is more severe). i do start to feel it wear off after about 6 hours sometimes, but then you can just take more. i recommend trying it. my friend also noticed calming effects when she tried it.</description>
