I am 44 just went thru a period of time with renters who didnt pay us over 4 grand in funds from rent to car to personal loans from us the man im living with went from tight with his money to loose with it.
im stressing every day as im now going thru college to better my life but feel like im losing ground as im failing that. im petrified i will not be able to continue our anniversary of 24 years came and went with no kind of happiness just same old stuff some say postpone but the day is here the day goes will not be the same tomorrow as it is today.
the ex renters stole from us so we had to stay here to see if they would come to us with the stolen item no dice. i just wish to give up and hide in some dark recess of some place in the world but i cannot.
we as a couple r in trouble and its not going to be easy when one person will go for help and the other ignores it How do i cope with out losing my mind???????

what does it mean when it feels like something hit you right below your chest and at the same time my heart feels like it’s being squeezed and i want to cry for no reason?
my whole upper body feels like its being constantly squeezed. And I know I have anxiety. Specifically I think I had SAD. But I don’t know how to talk to my parents about it? I feel guilty, or like I can’t have it, or like I’ve done something wrong, I don’t know.
